Certain nutrients such as zinc, copper, vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta carotene may reduce the risk of age-related decline in eye health by 25 percent.
Sea foods
Sea foods like fish are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. Oily fish are fish that have oil in their gut and body tissue, so eating those offers higher levels of omega-3-rich fish oil. It helps in the reversing eye drying; if you spend too much time in front of a computer then these are the best for your eyes. Fishes such as Tuna, Salmon, Sardines, trout should be consumed.

Spinach and other leafy vegetables
Spinach, Kale and other leafy green vegetables are rich in both lutein and zeaxanthin which are very important for the health of eyes. They are also a good source of eye-friendly vitamin C. So, make sure your diet includes such green in it.

Nuts
Walnuts, peanuts, cashews tend to be great source of omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain high level of vitamin E, which help recover any age related damage of the eyes. Now, if next time you are in a grocery store, make sure you buy some nuts for yourself.
Citrus Fruits
I am sure that citrus fruits won?t be a problem in terms of eating. They are rich in Vitamin C which is an antioxidant that helps in age-related eye damage. Berries, Lemons, oranges, and grapefruits help in reducing the risk of cataract and macular degeneration.
 Eggs, Meat, and Water
The eye contains high levels of zinc, particularly in the retina, and the vascular tissue surrounding the retina. Meats such as chicken, beef are rich in zinc, which have been linked to better long-term eye health. Zinc can help delay age-related sight loss. Eggs are also an excellent source of lutein and zeaxanthin, which can reduce the risk of age-related sight loss. At the end water is the most important for the good health of the eye; fluid consumption can prevent dehydration, which may reduce the symptoms of dry eyes.
